Q. My order has arrived, but my baskets are misshapen from being shipped. What can I do?

Q. I ordered my items quite a few weeks ago. Shouldn't they be here by now?

A. Simply wet the baskets, reshape and let dry!

A. Your items are shipped directly from Bolgatanga, Ghana, West Africa. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks, but occasionally they can take as long as 6 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, please email Pat to determine exactly when your order was shipped and when you should expect delivery.

We appreciate our customers and it's always nice to hear from our customers letting us know their order has arrived!

A. If you pay using PayPal (our preferred method,) items will be shipped within a few days after the transaction is final. The baskets are custom made as the orders arrive, so please have patience. PayPal is also the fastest way to make a payment since there is no waiting for a check or money order to arrive.

If you pay using a personal check, your items will be shipped after the check clears which can take as long as 10 days after the check is deposited, but the funds usually clear within 3-4 days. We will not accept future orders from anyone paying by check which is returned for insufficient funds.

Once the check has cleared, Christine notifies Pat that everything is ready to go and it is OK to ship the order.

If you pay using a Money Order, your order is cleared for shipment as soon as the funds clear the bank. Money Orders are faster than personal checks, and preferred over personal checks.

A. Your items are shipped directly from Bolgatanga, Ghana, West Africa. The shipping rates are set by the Ghanian Postal Service based on actual weight.

A. You can contact Pat directly about large orders.

A. The only colors available are listed on the website. Since there are so many different ways to describe a color, this can get rather confusing. You might request a purple item and end up with something you consider maroon, lilac or lavendar.

A. Please contact Pat about any damaged items. If a basket has been squished during shipping, don't worry, it isn't damaged! Simply wet the basket, reshape and let dry.
